We aim to make your Luton Airport pickup as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please follow the guidance below depending on your vehicle type.

After Your Arrival

 

Once you have landed and collected your luggage, please contact your driver using the details provided in your booking confirmation.

 

Please keep your phone on and stay in contact with your driver. Once you have cleared customs and are ready, inform your driver and they will proceed to the pickup point.

 

Minibus & Coach Pickups (Bus Bay M)

 

For minibus and coach bookings, pickups take place at Bus Bay M.

After exiting the terminal:

• Follow signs towards the bus bays

• Walk down the steps from the terminal

• Continue to Bay M

• Your driver will meet you there

 

Please ensure:

• Your group is ready before calling the driver

• You remain in contact with your driver

• Boarding is completed promptly once the vehicle arrives

 

Executive & Standard Car Pickups

 

For cars and smaller vehicles:

• Pickup takes place in the designated drop-off and pickup area

• After exiting the terminal, follow signs for drop-off & pickup

• Your driver will guide you to the exact location

 

Please note:

• Vehicles cannot wait for extended periods

• Staying in contact with your driver ensures a smooth pickup
