Heathrow Pickup Guide

We aim to make your Heathrow Airport pickup as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please follow the guidance below depending on your terminal and vehicle type.

After Your Arrival

​

Once you have landed and collected your luggage, please contact your driver using the details provided in your booking confirmation.

​

Please keep your phone on and stay in contact with your driver. Once you have cleared customs, let your driver know and they will direct you to the correct pickup point.

Terminal 2 (Minibus Pickups)

​

For minibus and larger vehicle bookings at Terminal 2, pickup takes place from the Overheight Vehicle Car Park.

​

After exiting the terminal:

• Follow signs to the bus station

• Walk across to the Overheight Car Park

• Your driver will meet you there

This location is used as standard for larger vehicles due to airport restrictions.

Terminal 4 (Minibus Pickups)

​

For Terminal 4, pickups take place at the bus station on the lower level.

• After exiting arrivals, follow signs to the bus station

• Make your way down to the lower level

• Once you arrive, contact your driver

• Your driver will enter and collect you from there

 

Terminals 3 & 5 (Minibus Pickups)

​

For most bookings at Terminals 3 and 5:

• Pickup is arranged from the designated drop-off area outside the terminal

• Stay in contact with your driver after landing

• Once ready, your driver will arrive and collect you promptly

 

Please note: vehicles cannot wait in these areas for long, so timing and communication is important.

• Please stay in contact with your driver at all times after landing

• Pickup locations may vary slightly depending on traffic and airport restrictions

• Your driver will always guide you to the most suitable and legal pickup point

 

Your driver will always choose the most efficient and suitable pickup location depending on your booking and vehicle type.

Executive & Standard Car Pickups

​

For executive cars and standard vehicles, Heathrow has strict pickup regulations.

• Vehicles are not permitted to pick up directly outside terminals

• All official pickups take place in the Short Stay car parks

• Your driver will park and either meet you or guide you to the correct pickup point

​

After landing:

• Keep your phone on and stay in contact with your driver

• Once you have cleared customs, inform your driver

• You will be directed to the correct car park or pickup area

 

In some cases, your driver may arrange a nearby collection point to ensure a quicker and smoother pickup.

Coach Pickups (Groups & Large Bookings)

​

Coach pickups at Heathrow follow a structured process due to airport regulations.

• Coaches must use the designated coach park (WRCP) before collection

• Your driver will be dispatched to the terminal once your group is ready

• A maximum of 20 minutes is allowed for boarding at the terminal

 

Please note:
Heathrow Airport applies an additional coach access charge of £75, which is required for all coach pickups.

 

For passengers:

• Please remain inside the terminal until your coach is ready

• The group leader should stay in contact with the driver

• Once confirmed, the coach will arrive at the designated terminal stand

 

This system ensures smooth operation and avoids delays due to airport restrictions.
