Gatwick Airport Pickup Information

We aim to make your Gatwick Airport pickup as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please follow the guidance below depending on your vehicle type and terminal.

After Your Arrival

Once you have landed and collected your luggage, please contact your driver using the details provided in your booking confirmation.

Please keep your phone on and stay in contact with your driver. Once you have cleared customs and your group is ready, inform your driver and they will proceed to the pickup point.

Minibus & Coach Pickups (Groups)

For minibus and coach bookings, pickups are arranged from the designated coach and group pickup area.

• Once your group is ready, contact your driver

• Your driver will be directed to the pickup point

• Pickup typically takes place at Bus Stop 15, located opposite the Premier Inn near the terminal drop-off area

Please note:
Gatwick Airport applies an additional £30 charge for coach and minibus access, which is required for group pickups.

Please ensure:

• The full group is ready before calling the driver

• The group leader stays in contact with the driver

• Boarding is completed promptly once the vehicle arrives

This system helps avoid delays and follows Gatwick Airport regulations.

Executive & Standard Car Pickups

For cars and smaller vehicles:

• Pickup is arranged via the Short Stay car parks or designated pickup zones

• Vehicles are not permitted to wait freely outside terminals

• Your driver will either meet you or guide you to the correct pickup point

Please note:

• Gatwick applies a drop-off charge (approx. £10) for vehicles entering terminal forecourts

• All private hire vehicles must follow these restrictions

Your driver will always choose the most efficient and suitable pickup location.
