We aim to make your Birmingham Airport pickup as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please follow the guidance below depending on your vehicle type.

After Your Arrival

 

Once you have landed and collected your luggage, please contact your driver using the details provided in your booking confirmation.

 

Please keep your phone on and stay in contact with your driver. Once you have cleared customs and are ready, inform your driver and they will direct you to the correct pickup point.

 

Minibus & Coach Pickups

 

For minibus and coach bookings, pickups take place in the designated coach and group pickup areas at Birmingham Airport.

• Once your group is ready, contact your driver

• Your driver will proceed to the agreed pickup location

• You will be directed to the correct coach bay or collection point

 

Please ensure:

• Your group is ready before calling the driver

• The group leader stays in contact with the driver

• Boarding is completed promptly once the vehicle arrives

 

Executive & Standard Car Pickups

 

For cars and smaller vehicles:

• Pickup is arranged from the Short Stay car parks or designated pickup zones

• Vehicles are not permitted to wait freely outside the terminal

• Your driver will either meet you or guide you to the correct pickup location

 

Please note:

• Charges may apply for vehicles entering pickup and drop-off areas

• Your driver will always choose the most efficient and suitable pickup point
